Coaching Services

Everyone can benefit from coaching, but coaching is not for everyone. How can that be so?

What it boils down to is that you must want to be coached and you need to find the right coach.Without the desire and the proper person coaching you, the benefits are reduced. However, if you have a strong desire and you find the right coach, the benefits are tremendous.

The tried and true concept of “Two heads are better than one” applies here. The right coach can:

  • Lead you quickly and accurately toward your goals
  • Give you someone to bounce off your ideas
  • Help you to avoid the pitfalls and problems that plague all of us
  • Allow you to consider what you know to be true
  • Offer alternatives to what you have always done
  • Move you almost effortlessly toward the results you want
  • Give you feedback on what is needed to formulate a decision
  • Provide you with the opportunity to think and act outside your comfort zone
  • Offer you a chance to download fears, concerns, thoughts, ideas, and perceptions
  • Provide a safe environment to express yourself
  • Encourage self-discovery
  • Provide the tools, support, and structure to accomplish more
  • Hold you responsible and accountable

Who is the Right Coach? That depends! It depends on the needs of the Coachee and the skill of the Coach. I will not coach anyone who does not want to be coached by me or does not want to be coached period. I have a face-to-face meeting with any prospective Coachee to determine if the individual wants to be coached and if I am the Right Coach. If I am not the Right Coach, I will recommend others who have skills and experience in the areas needed.
